Shawls, scarves, bags, flower-brooches... produced on a traditional horizontal treadle handloom. Combining tradition and fashion in my designs is the most important thing for me. I see fashion as an artistic expression and a reflection of culture.
When I design a fabric and decide what threads to use, and how to interweave them, I feel the pleasure of creating something unique. Experimenting with colours and different types of fibre means discovering a universe of textures.
I like to think that my shawls make you feel special, unique, that they make you happy.
